What should I eat on Day 1 after an implant?
Stick to soft, cool-to-lukewarm foods — yoghurt, khichdi, soups, mashed vegetables. Avoid hot, spicy, hard or crunchy food and drinking through a straw for the first 24 hours.
Is an implant better than a bridge?
